NEW CUSTOMERS: This promotion is available to new LigTel internet customers who received a postcard in select areas. To qualify, you must mention the postcard and sign up for service during the promotional period.

New customers who qualify will receive:

  • 12 months of streaming on us (choose Disney+, Netflix, Paramount+, or Peacock)
  • $50 credit when you refer a friend and they sign up
  • 3-year price lock on your internet plan
  • Contract buyout assistance – we’ll help cover early termination fees from your current provider

NEW CUSTOMERS: After your installation is complete, LigTel will send you an email with instructions on activating your chosen streaming service. This email will arrive within 0-2 business days. Activation must be completed within 30 days of receiving the email, or the promotion will be forfeited.

No, once you select a streaming service, it cannot be changed for the duration of the offer.

After the promotional period, your chosen streaming service will continue at the standard rate charged by the provider unless you cancel directly with them.

We recommend reaching out directly to MyBundle or the specific streaming service you’re using, such as Netflix, for support. As MyBundle manages its platform independently, LigTel does not handle support calls for their services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS-12 MONTHS OF STREAMING ON US

Offer valid for new residential customers who sign up for LigTel fiber internet service in select areas.

Promotion Details:

  • Customers will receive 12 months of one (1) eligible streaming service: Disney+, Paramount+, Netflix, or Peacock.
  • Offer must be mentioned at the time of sign-up and is only valid while supplies last.
  • After installation, customers will receive an email from MyBundleTV and/or LigTel with a secure link to select and activate their preferred streaming service.
  • Streaming service is selected by the customer through the MyBundleTV portal. Once selected, it cannot be changed.
  • LigTel provides the subscription through MyBundleTV, but is not responsible for account setup, content availability, or changes made by the streaming provider.

Eligibility:

  • New customer must reside in a targeted promotional area and received a promotional postcard.
  • Promotion is non-transferable.
  • Only one streaming subscription per eligible account.

Activation & Duration:

  • Customers will receive activation instructions after installation.
  • Streaming subscription is active for 12 consecutive months from the date of activation.
  • After the 12-month period, the subscription will end unless renewed by the customer directly with the streaming provider.

Other Terms:

  • No cash value. No substitutions.
  • Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
  • Customer is responsible for maintaining internet service in good standing to receive the offer.
  • LigTel is not affiliated with the streaming platforms listed and is not responsible for service outages, content changes, or platform fees after the promotional period.
