Any new customer who signs up for a 1, 2, 5, or 8 GIG plan between May 1 and May 31 qualifies for free installation.

Nope! You just need to sign up during May. Your installation can take place later, and you’ll still get the install fee waived.

You must keep your GIG-level service for at least 3 months after installation. If you cancel or downgrade before that, the $75 install fee will be added to your final bill.

If you downgrade below a GIG before your service is installed, the $75 install fee will apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Eligibility:
    • Offer available only to new residential customers who sign up for 1, 2, 5, or 8 GIG internet service between May 1, 2025 and May 31, 2025.
    • Service must be available at your location to qualify.
    • Promotion applies to standard residential installations only.
  • Free Installation:
    • The $75 installation fee will be waived for qualifying customers who sign up during May.
    • Installation may occur after May as long as the order is placed within the promotional period.
  • Service Commitment:
    • Customers must maintain GIG-level service (1 GIG or higher) for at least three (3) months after installation to keep the free installation.
    • If service is downgraded below 1 GIG or canceled within three (3) months, the $75 installation fee will be billed to the customer’s account. A broken contract fee of $250 may also apply if service is completely canceled.
  • Combination with Other Promotions:
    • This offer can be combined with other eligible LigTel promotions, including the Refer-a-Friend program and the contract buy-out deal.
  • Limitations:
    • Offer available only in LigTel fiber-served areas. Service availability varies by location.
    • No cash value. Non-transferable.
    • LigTel reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
