Outdoor Extender Terms & Conditions
- Contract Term
- Customers agree to a one-year service contract upon subscribing to the Outdoor Extender. Early termination may result in a contract break fee of up to $250.
- Equipment & Ownership
- Existing customers will receive a $50 credit on their account for each successful referral. A successful referral means the person they referred gets installed and their first bill was issued.
- Referred customers will receive a $50 discount on their first bill after installation.
- Multiple Referrals:
- Customers can refer as many people as they want, but each referred customer can only use one unique referral code.
- Referred customers can only use one referral code when signing up for LigTel services.
- Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers need to have an email on file with LigTel to participate in the “Refer a Friend” campaign.
- It is the responsibility of the referring customer to ensure that their referred friends or family members mention the referral code provided to them.
- Referral Time Limit:
- Referrals must be made within 30 days of the referred customer’s installation date to qualify for the referral rewards.
- Modification of Program:
- LigTel reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- General Terms:
- LigTel reserves the right to disqualify any referral or revoke any referral rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral program is being abused or manipulated.
- By participating in the referral program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
