It’s a $5/month bill credit for eligible LigTel internet customers who enroll in AutoPay and Paperless Billing through SmartHub.

Customers with LigTel internet service who are enrolled in both AutoPay and Paperless Billing through SmartHub. Both business and residential customers.


Who does NOT qualify for this discount?

The discount does not apply to:

  • Customers in the Ligonier exchange with landline-only service (no internet)
  • Customers with email-only service (no internet)
  • Accounts without LigTel internet service

Yes. To receive the discount, you must be enrolled in both through SmartHub and keep them active.

Log in to SmartHub and check:

  • AutoPay status
  • Paperless Billing status

If both are marked as active, you’re set.

You’ll need to:

  1. Make sure LigTel has your current email on file and account information necessary for SmartHub registration.
  2. Create your SmartHub login information.
  3. Turn on AutoPay
  4. Turn on Paperless Billing

If we don’t have your email on file, call us first at (260) 894-7161 — we’ll set your account up so registration goes smoothly.

If you were already enrolled, you’ll see the credit starting on your March 2026 bill.

If you enroll after that, your discount will begin on an upcoming billing cycle once enrollment is processed.

Not instantly. The credit begins on the next full billing cycle after AutoPay and Paperless Billing are both active.

SmartHub supports: Credit/debit card and Bank account (ACH)

If a stored payment method expires or declines, the discount may stop until:

  • The account is in good standing
  • AutoPay is active again
  • A valid payment method is on file

If you have multiple eligible internet accounts, each account must enroll separately. Only one $5 credit applies per eligible account.


Terms and Conditions for AutoPay Discount

  • The $5/month AutoPay discount is available for eligible LigTel internet accounts that are enrolled in both AutoPay and Paperless Billing through SmartHub.
  • Customers in the Ligonier exchange with landline-only or email-only service are not eligible for this discount.
  • The discount applies to one account per eligible internet service location. If you have multiple internet accounts, each account must enroll separately.
  • The discount begins on the next full billing cycle after AutoPay and Paperless Billing are both active.
  • If you were already enrolled in AutoPay & Paperless prior to the launch of this program, your discount will begin on your March 2026 bill.
  • To remain eligible, AutoPay and Paperless Billing must remain active, and the account must remain in good standing. The discount may stop if:
    • AutoPay or Paperless Billing is turned off,
    • a stored payment method expires or repeatedly declines,
    • the account becomes past due, or
    • the internet service is disconnected.
  • The discount cannot be applied retroactively to past bills.
  • This offer applies to LigTel internet service only. Other services are excluded unless otherwise noted.
