Cecil Baird has been a fish taxidermist for over 18 years. Before he became a full time taxidermist he received an Associate Degree in Fisheries Technology. Cecil knows his fish. He also knows what kind of fish make good competition pieces. He has won first place ribbons on his fish in state and national competitions.
